Entry Level Crewmember (Will Train)
Qualifications:
- Must have a good attitude and be willing to learn new landscaping techniques
- Must be able to use wheelbarrows, rakes, shovels, weed eaters, mowers, blowers etc.
- Must be able to install mulch
- Must be able to install plants
- Must be able to safely lift 50+ lbs
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks through the day
- Must be able to operate various landscaping equipment
- Valid driver's license a plus, but not required
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed seasonally
- Must be willing to work snow removal services during the winter as needed
Landscape Production Crew Leader (Foreperson)
Qualifications:
- Must display outstanding leadership ability and be able to manage personnel effectively and efficiently
- Must be willing and able to train other team members to develop their skills
- Must be able to install pavers, walkways, walls, outdoor kitchens and other hardscaping applications
- Must be able to install mulch
- Must be able to install plants
- Must be able to safely lift 50+ lbs.
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks through the day
- Must be able to operate various landscaping equipment
- Valid driver's license a plus, but not required
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed seasonally
- Must be willing to work snow removal services during the winter as needed
Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader (Foreperson)
Qualifications:
- Must display outstanding leadership ability and be able to manage personnel effectively and efficiently
- Must be able to operate mowers, blowers, weed eaters, and other lawn maintenance equipment
- Must be able to understand company planting and pruning practices
- Must be willing and able to train other team members to develop their skills
- Must be able to install mulch
- Must be able to install plants
- Must be able to safely lift 50+ lbs.
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks through the day
- Must be able to operate various landscaping equipment
- Valid driver's license a plus, but not required
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed seasonally
- Must be willing to work snow removal services during the winter as needed
Irrigation Service Technician
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work and communicate with clients in a professional manner
- Must have a working knowledge of in ground irrigation systems to include troubleshooting and diagnosis of systems and working knowledge of controllers
- Must be available to work overtime during peak season and as needed.
- Reliable attendance required
- Winter work available
- Advancement opportunities available
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks through the day
- Valid drivers license required
Irrigation Installation Technician
Qualifications:
- Must have a working knowledge of in ground irrigation systems to include installing valves, irrigation clocks, rotary and spray heads, pipe and fittings
- Must be available to work overtime during peak season and as needed
- Reliable attendance required
- Winter work available
