Project Location: Robbinsville, New Jersey

Create a comprehensive site design for the back yard to achieve the following:

• Locate a large swimming pool to maximize the terrace area while facing the challenges of a steep change in elevation as well as an awkward setback
   
• Incorporate a welcoming and comfortable transition from the driveway entrance to the pool area for guests
   
• Implement a planting design that screens the neighbors and provides maximum visual impact during the summer months when the area is being utilized
